Christopher Consulting has become an exclusive agent for Todebo Ltd. for the supply of tailored fastening technology & special constructions for clients in offshore and maritime sectors in The Netherlands and United Kingdom.
Todebo’s headquarters is located near by Belgrado in Serbia, at this moment one of the most interesting places close to the EU border which can offer a low-cost and efficient production facility.
A Dutch management team monitors all manufacturing processes that reflect in a cost-effective production of built to order product series for the top end market.
Strict required delivery times to clients can be guaranteed by the company’s policy and a weekly-organised transport service to The Netherlands and United Kingdom. On client’ s request different product quantities can be delivered that may include:
Skids, foundations, base frames, constructions, protection railings and components for (hydraulic) power packs, pumps, auxiliary engines, engine rooms of vessels, platforms and crane building industries
Fastening technology consisting out of clamps, supports, struts, (corner) joints etc. for electro technical installations, piping, air-conditioning and ventilation systems
Sheet metal housing, consoles and panelling for various watertight applications in maritime and offshore disciplines
Other semi-manufactures, special constructions and components
Above indicated products can be delivered in conformity with any required certification and/ or class approval to guidelines for example of Lloyd’s, ABS, DNV, GL, BV and other notified bodies.
An in-house QHSE system warrants a safe and healthy working in all production processes and on top of this the company will achieve in 2015 it’s ISO 9001:2008 certification. The production facilities are suited for:
Assembly and/or modifying existing components
Punching, die cutting and drilling of metal parts
Precision sheet metal working (bending and cutting up to 12mm)
Certified welding and construction works in conformity with international maritime & offshore standards
Electrolytic and hot dip galvanising
Sandblasting, coating and powder coating
